Welcome to National School of Applied Arts "Saint Luca" – Sofia, Bulgaria Our school was established as a handcrafts school in 1953, then was converted into a school of arts and crafts. In 1975 it became a special secondary School of Applied Arts and in 2009 - National School of Applied Arts "St. Luca." The school offers education in seven artistic disciplines - "Textile Art", "Graphics in advertizing", "Space design", "Silicate design" "Toys design" "Artistic woodcarving", "Artistic Treatment of metal". The education process includes as main subjects - Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, History of art, Computer graphics, and a specific subject for each discipline. Teachers at the school are outstanding Bulgarian artists with rich biography.
